This home is perfect for a group of family and friends, very close to long beach most iconic areas, good parking and a lot of waking distance restaurants.
The place was clean and super easy to access. Rogger is a great host and super proactive 100 % recommend this place.

Our group of four business travelers needed an alternative to the hotels in DTLB. Raj's place fit the bill! There is an amazing donut bakery just around the corner, highly recommend. One of our group misplaced an item and Raj was 1000% responsive and helpful recovering the item. Will look to book again next year.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, if not better. Check in was very smooth, the instructions were clear, and everything was set up to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The location was great and the space felt welcoming and well taken care of. Raj was a fantastic host, very responsive, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire process. We made great memories here and would absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

Rogger's place was perfect for our needs and as a last minute booking, because our previous Airbnb had a water leak so they had to cancel us--10 hours before we began our 7 hour road trip to Scottsdale! Rogger accepted our spur-of-the-moment-booking and we had everything we needed. He takes pride in his property and goes out of his way to help to accommodate his guests. The house was ready for us and very comfortable, and I loved the quite cul-de-sac. Originally, I had booked the other site because we had needed to prepare for additional family members, but in the end, some canceled out, so a smaller place was perfect! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms was all we needed. Thank you Rogger!

Raj’s home was perfect for our intimate celebration- expansive backyard large kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was spectacular and the dogs loved it too! You should not sleep on this location it’s perfect!
